Are you looking to unify a room or to define a separate space?
Your answers to these questions will help you make the best choice for you.

The right size:

This helping guide, is based on standard rooms, but of course there are many other possible decorative and functional distributions.
If you have a floor plan, that does not adjust to these examples, please be so kind to let us help you find the best possible option for you.

A: The most generous.

This option is the one which unifies all the furniture. Be sure to leave enough extra space around all the pieces of furniture so that it does not look like they are on the edge of the rug.

B: Half way.

An alternative is also to place the rug half way under the seats and sofas. If you have small pieces of furniture like small side tables, or floor lamps, you may also choose to leave them either in or outside the rug.

C: The center.

Sometimes furniture works better when left off the rug. Please be sure that the size is wider than the Sofa, never smaller.

DINING ROOM

A large rug under a dining table will help reduce the sound. The best is to have a rug proportioned to the size of the table, and large enough so that the chairs can be pulled out and sit down keeping the back legs of the chair inside the rug. We advise to consider not less than 75 cm (29”) for each chair. That means, that the ideal size is at least 1,5m (59”) larger than the size of the table.

MASTER BEDROOM
